Why take a multivitamin?

When we launched in 2019 our main objective was to make taking your supplements easy and delicious. Our bodies need various nutrients for reproduction, maintenance, growth and regulation of bodily processes. Yes, we can get most of these through a healthy and balanced diet but our multivitamins can offer a boost of these vitamins and minerals in varying amounts.

So what’s in our MultiVitamin Gummy?

Vitamin A is important for normal vision, the immune system, and reproduction. Vitamin A also helps the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs work properly.

Vitamin C is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.

Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals. ... The body also needs Vitamin E to boost its immune system so that it can fight off invading bacteria and viruses.

Vitamin B3, is an important nutrient. In fact, every part of your body needs it to function properly. As a supplement, Niacin may help lower cholesterol, ease arthritis and boost brain function, among other benefits. However, it can also cause serious side effects if you take large doses.

Our MultiVitamin also contains Vitamins B6, B7, Selenium, Lycopene & Lutein...we'll get to those another day.
